More about Ryan:
A lifelong wanderer of the road less traveled, Ryan Cornwell discovered an endless curiosity early in life growing up in Long Island, NY and Phoenix, AZ, a study in juxtaposition. A gravitation toward the Humanities flourished into the formal study of Theatre Arts. While studying Musical Theatre at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO, an unexpected career blossomed from a part-time job working for one of the foremost purveyors of company culture (and coffee) in the world, Starbucks Coffee Company. It was there that Ryan cultivated the passion for Learning and Development that would forever change the trajectory of his life.
After nearly 10 years learning, growing, and evolving along with the company, Ryan left Starbucks for Sports Authority, where he sharpened his L&D skills and expanded his repertoire to include mindful facilitation, executive leadership coaching, and organizational development practices. However, all good things must come to an end and so Ryan found his next adventure at The Integer Group in the role of Director, HR/Training & Development where he wears many new and interesting hats. As a two-term board member of the Denver Permaculture Guild, Ryan has found a community to challenge his notions of community, sustainability, and resilience and inspire his thoughts of the future. On the weekend Ryan can often be found gardening with his backyard chickens in his urban homestead, backpacking the Rockies, and spending time with his dog Milo.
