Regina Lawless is the Sr. Director of Global Talent Management and Engagement at Flex. In her role, Regina leads the organization’s global learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement programs, with an emphasis on identifying and retaining key talent and growing a pipeline of leaders ready for complex, senior-level roles in emerging markets.
Regina holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from University San Francisco and has a passion for helping people find and nurture their talents at work. Prior to her current role, she spent 15 years in HR, largely in strategic business partner roles, as well as roles in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Executive Coaching and Development.
Regina enjoys speaking and facilitating workshops on Leadership, Career Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. In her spare time, she loves reading, working out, and spending time with her family. Regina is based in the San Francisco, Bay Area.
