Address the System, Accelerate Results | Owner and Founder, Producticity
When coaching doesn’t move the dial it doesn’t matter. Talent practitioners must lead the charge in improving the efficacy of coaching programs and initiatives in their organizations. With the growing expectation of leaders to be coaches and have frequent coaching conversations that lead to clarity, accountability, and growth, we must address the entire system that supports—or challenges—a leader’s ability to achieve results through coaching.
