Using the 360-degree assessment in our leadership training programs allows us to monitor the progress of leadership development in our industry; helps us understand common strengths, gaps, and engagement-drivers; and has revealed some interesting trends!

Genevieve Dukette is a senior program manager in Learning Delivery for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Genevieve joined INPO in July 2010 and has served in various roles. Following her qualification as a lead evaluator in Performance Improvement and Learning in 2012, she completed her senior reactor operator certification in 2013. Most recently, she was a member of the Performance Monitoring division. Genevieve serves on INPO’s Women in Nuclear and Diversity and Inclusion Council boards and is a member of INPO’s North American Young Generation in Nuclear chapter.
Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in nuclear science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys Pilates, podcasts, and traveling with her blues-musician-husband and five energetic kids.
