Evelyn Swanson is the Director of Talent Management at Core & Main, where she leads the development and delivery for over 30 instructor-led courses and has created a team of 80+ facilitators across 46 states. The development initiatives she leads include 360-degree assessments, succession planning and talent reviews, key talent projects, and three separate recent college graduate development programs for rising talent. Evelyn also manages all engagement and recognition programs across the company.
Evelyn is a certified instructor for many world class programs such as MBTI, DISC, Leadership Strategies facilitation, Covey, Situational Leadership II, Zenger Folkman’s Extraordinary Leader360-degree assessment, and has received her designation as a CPC, certified professional coach. Evelyn received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Georgia College and State University and did Master’s work in Adult Education at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. In her spare time, you can see her riding her Vespa around midtown Atlanta, GA with her husband Bob.
