Allison Craft, Ph.D., is the Organization Development Manager for Nemours Children’s Health System. Allison led the strategic design and implementation of the Nemours Physician Leadership Development Program,a program to cultivate and strengthen emerging physician leaders by providing essential skill development.In 2019, she launched theNemours LEADER (Leadership Experience and Development Educational Roadmap) Program, a multi-year curriculum designed to provide current and potential leaders with the skills to navigate the health care system, while supporting, building, and engaging teams.
In addition to her primary role, Allison conducts research in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is currently conducting a grant-funded research project for application of gamification techniques to improve workplace behavioral cohesiveness. Prior to joining Nemours, Allison provided consultation, development design, executive coaching, and change management support for NASA.
Allison earned her undergraduate degrees from New York University and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She and her husband, Tim, live in Orlando, Florida with their two dogs.
